About Me!
My name is Izzy Baker, and I was born and raised in Fabulous, Las Vegas, Nevada. I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember, but my love for theatre truly began at eight years old when I discovered an English accent and a love for storytelling while playing Maid Marian in Robin Hood. Since then, performing has been at the heart of my life, and I hope to spend the rest of my years bringing stories to life on stage.

I’m currently based in Oberlin, Ohio, where I’m a part of the inaugural musical theatre class of 2026 at Oberlin College, pursuing my Bachelor of Music degree. Outside of classes and rehearsals, I’m an avid outdoorswoman who finds joy and peace in nature. You might spot me hiking through Cleveland’s beautiful Metro Parks, swimming whenever I get the chance, or working part-time at Lululemon, where I get to combine my love for active living and connecting with others.
Outside of performing, I love coloring, screenwriting, directing, designing for social media, and volunteering with organizations like Make-A-Wish and my local retirement center. I’m deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and hope to integrate that into my career—working toward becoming a certified mentor and lifestyle professional who can inspire and guide others. I’m a self-proclaimed “serial extrovert,” happiest when spending time with family and friends.
